I want to cancel my membership. How do I do this? |

Click on the "My profile" tab on the top menu bar, login and then select "Membership services".
As an alternative, if you just want to temporarily exclude yourself from searches, you can hide your profile instead of completely resigning from the service. To hide your profile, click on "Hide my profile from others and keep my membership".
To resign completely from the service, click on "Cancel my membership and remove my profile". This latter option will completely cancel your membership and if you are a subscriber, also stop any further payments being made. However, if you change your mind, you can login and reactivate your membership at any time within one year. This will also fully reinstate the contents and photos of your profile. If your subscription is still current when you reinstate your membership, then your subscription auto-renewal will also continue as normal. However, if your subscription has already expired then it will not be automatically renewed. In this case you will need to re-subscribe again to become a subscriber. |
