By using the chancetomeet.com Website You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions whether You are a registered Member or not. Please read these terms and conditions to be sure that You understand them. If You wish to become a registered Member, indicate Your acceptance of the terms and conditions by following the prompts and instructions in the online registration process.
This Agreement sets out legally binding terms of Your use of the Website and Your Membership in the Service. The Agreement and the Service may be modified by chancetomeet.com from time to time, such modifications to be effective by changes announced on and made to the Website.

1. DEFINITIONS

3. NON COMMERCIAL USE
The Service is for personal use only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. Organisations, companies and businesses should not use the Service or the Website for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorised uses of the Website (including the collecting of usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorised framing of or linking to the Website) will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
4. REGISTRATION, MEMBERSHIP AND SUBSCRIPTION
You may register as a Member of the Service for free, if You wish to exchange email with other Members and use certain other parts of the Service, You must become a subscriber and pay the fees that are set out in the subscribe page. One month of Service is defined as 1 calander month starting from the date of purchase. The price list forms part of this contract. Chanctomeet.com can change the subscription fees for the Service at any time but reasonable notice will be given before we do so.
As a pre-launch offer chancetomeet.com is offering 3 months subscription to the Website free of charge. This offer is available to persons wishing to apply for Membership before the official launch date of the Website. Irrespective of when a member registers, the free subscription will commence from the 1st day of the site being launched. This date is currently undefined but reasonable notice will be posted on the Website.
5. TERM AND TERMINATION
i. This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while You use the Website or are a Member
ii. Under United Kingdom Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, You can cancel commencement of the Service until the seven working day cooling-off period has expired. However, if You choose to become a Member and enter the Web site, You are electing to commence the Service immediately and You thereby waive any right to cancel the Service under these regulations.
iii. You may terminate Your Membership at any time for any reason effective by following the instructions in the "resign from chancetomeet.com" links on the Website or upon receipt by chancetomeet.com of Your written or email notice of termination.
iv. Chancetomeet.com may terminate Your Membership and Your access to the Service for any reason including a breach of this Agreement and will send You notice of termination at the email address You provided in Your online registration or other such email address You may later have provided to chancetomeet.com. If the Company terminates Your Membership of the Service because You have breached the Agreement, we will refund any pre-payments made by You less reasonable costs chancetomeet.com have incurred.
v. The Company can terminate this Agreement at any time by giving You reasonable advance written notice.
6. PROPRIETY RIGHTS
Chancetomeet.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Website and the Service. The Website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of chancetomeet.com, its partners and its Members. You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, reproduce or sell any copyrighted material, trademarks or other proprietary information without having first received written permission of the owner of such information.
7. WEBSITE CONTENT AND USE OF THE SERVICE
i. Chancetomeet.com are entitled to review and delete any content, messages, photos or Profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of the Company violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other Members.
ii. You are solely responsible for the Content that You publish or display (Post) on the Service or transmit to other Members.
iii. By Posting content to any public area of the Website, You automatically grant and You represent and warrant that You have the right to grant to us an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorise sublicenses of the foregoing.
iv. Chancetomeet.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to investigate, terminate a person's Membership and take appropriate legal action if a Member has misused the Service, or behaved in a way which could be regarded as inappropriate or whose conduct is unlawful or illegal.
The following is a partial list of the type of content that is illegal or prohibited on the Web site:

In order to protect our Members from such advertising or solicitation, we reserve the right to restrict the number of emails that a Member may send to other Members in any 24-hour period to a number which we deem appropriate in our reasonable discretion.
8. MEMBER DISPUTES
You are solely responsible for Your interactions with other chancetomeet.com Members. Chancetomeet.com reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between You and other Members.
9. PRIVACY
Use of the Web site and/or the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. If You are located outside of the United Kingdom, please note that the information that You provide is being stored in the United Kingdom. By becoming a Member of the Service, You consent to Your data being stored in the United Kingdom and to such other third parties as may be involved in the provision and operation of the Service.
10. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE COMPANY
i. The Company will operate the Website with the reasonable skill and due care expected of an online Service provider.
ii. The Company will endeavor to maintain reasonable operational uptime of the Website, though from time to time it may need to temporarily suspend the Website for planned maintenance, upgrades and such like. You acknowledge that any reliance upon such opinion, Member Profile, advice, statement or information is at Your own risk.
ii. The Company assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, User or Member communications.
iii. The Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Internet and/or in connection with the Service.
iv. Under no circumstances will the Company be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the Website or the Service, any content submitted to the Website or transmitted to Members or any interactions between Users of the Website whether online or offline.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ii. You shall give the Company a reasonable opportunity to remedy any matter for which the Company is liable before You incur any costs and/or expenses in remedying the matter Yourself. If You do not do so We shall have no Liability to You.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Company's liability to You for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by You to chancetomeet.com for the Service during the term of Membership.
Nothing in this Contract shall exclude or limit any of Your statutory rights which may not be excluded or limited due to You acting as a consumer.
In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by the Company, Your use of the Site and this Service is entirely at Your own risk.
13. AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT
The Company reserves the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions from time to time. You will be deemed to have accepted any alteration and/or amendment if You continue to use the Service after the relevant amendments have come into effect.
14. DISPUTES
The Company will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If there is any dispute involving the Website and/or the Service, this contract will be governed by English law and if You wish to take court proceedings You must do so within the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in the United Kingdom.
15. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified chancetomeet.com against any and all losses, proceedings, lost profits, damages, awards, expenses, costs (including increased administration costs and legal costs on a full indemnity basis), claims, actions and any other losses and/or liabilities suffered by the Company and arising from and/or relating to Your use of the Service, Information and/or other material Posted on or via the Service by You and/or arising from or due to any breach of contract, any tortuous act and/or omission and/or any breach of statutory duty by You.
16. GENERAL
i. Headings above are for guidance and not binding.
ii. No waiver by chancetomeet.com of any breach of this Agreement shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same provision or any other provision.
iii. This Agreement accepted upon use of the Website contains the entire Agreement between You and Chancetomeet.com. If any provision of this Agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement and the remainder of the affected provision shall be unaffected and shall remain in full force and effect.
iv. The Company may assign all or part of Chancetomeet.com's rights or duties under this Agreement; You may not do without Our prior written consent.
